We offer UK-based Customer and Technical Support.  Our Technical Support line is also available 24 hours, so you'll always have someone to turn to for helkp when you need it.

Need options which other ISP's may not provide, such as a fixed IP address?  That's no problem.  You can choose between a dynamic IP address that will change upon reconnection, or a single static IP address, or a block of 8 IP'S.

We also believe that you should have as much flexibility as possible which is why we don't insist that our customers sign a lengthy contract.  All we ask is that customers stay with us for a minimum of one month.

Also., as we're not a large public company like a lot of ISP's in the UK we don't have shareholders to answer to, only our customers.  We can therefore put all our focus into making sure you get the support you need, and value for money.
