Choosing a telecoms provider can be a daunting process. The broadband market is similar to the energy markets in that it is largely made up of a few very large companies, some with millions of customers.

As we're not a large company and still privately owned, we don't have to answer to shareholders. Not having to generate profits for shareholders means that we can concentrate on what really matters - great products that fit your needs at a reasonable and realistic price.

We firmly believe that you should have as much flexibility as possible which is why we don't insist that our customers sign a lengthy contract. All we ask is that you stay with us for your initial month. After this time you are free to cancel or migrate your service.

We offer UK-based Customer and Technical Support. Our Technical Support line is also available 24 hours, so you'll always have someone to turn to for help should you need it.

Need options which mainstream Internet Service Providers won't give you, such as a fixed IP address? That's no problem. We can provide you with either a dynamic IP, or should you need it, a single fixed IP address, or for a small fee a block of 8 IP's.

1You need to choose an allowance for the Peak period.  For Family packages the Peak period is from 8am until Midnight, Monday to Friday.  For Business packages the Peak period is from 8am until 8pm, Monday to Friday.  All other times are considered Off-peak and outside of the allowance.  Subject to Terms and Conditions, excessive usage of the Off-peak period may affect your connection.
